In order to see your absolute BEST results, we wanted to include our GO-TO morning drink routine that will help speed up your results even further...It goes like this:

  • 12-18 ounces of cold water - add 1/2 lemon, pinch of high quality sea salt, and a splash of Apple Cider Vinegar (if you don't mind the taste) 

  • Immediately after, drink your Greens Drink!

Night Time Fat Burning Tea...

Second, we wanted to share the nightly tea that we drink in order to help our body wind down from the day, de-stress, and burn more fat. Drink this each night about one hour before bed...

  • All you will do is ​bring a pot of water to a boil then pour over 1/2 teaspoon of Apple Cider Vinegar and 1/4 a teaspoon of honey. Mix well.

  • Let it sit for 3-5 minutes then enjoy!

  • Feel free to add some cinnamon (this will make it taste like hot apple cider).
