HIIT Level Two: This is our intermediate level and the intervals for the workouts start with 30 seconds on, 30 seconds rest, then jumps to 40 seconds on, 20 seconds rest, and ends the six weeks with 4-minute AMRAPS (As Many Rounds + Reps as Possible).

HIIT Level Three: This is our advanced level and intervals for the workouts start with 40 seconds on, 20 seconds rest and then progress up to 6 minute AMRAPs (As Many Rounds + Reps as Possible).

HIIT Level Plus: This is our most advanced of the HIIT Quiz variations and is very challenging and for those who are at a high fitness level. The intervals for the workouts start at 45 seconds on, 15 seconds rest and progress to 8 minute AMRAPs (As Many Rounds + Reps as Possible).
